B & W Master Sculptor

One of the stays on the Bridge of Oich. The bridge is a taper principle suspension bridge, designed by James Dredge, across the River Oich near Aberchalder in Highland, Scotland.

The bridge was opened in 1854, after floods swept through the Great Glen and destroyed the old stone bridge over the River and used to take the main road traffic over the river until 1932.

This was created using “The B & W Master Sculptor” released by our sister site www.photoedithelp.com – something they have created to provide a simple Colour – B & W Conversion app for those who wish to experiment with B & W Conversions but really don’t want to learn complex software like Photoshop or just want a quick conversion to post to social media.

It is important to understand that IT IS NOT a Photoshop (or other App) replacement, the target audience are those with Chromebooks or lower powered devices, who don’t want to invest in subscription software but just want a quick conversion to B&W, generally to post to social media.

Download the following file that contains User & Tech Guides some notes etc. (or access it from, https://photoedithelp.com/…/upl…/2026/04/BW-App-PACK.zip) either way, have a ‘play’ with it and let me know your thoughts, preferably by email – steve.bastiman@gmail.com

They have also created a number of other apps that are FREE and run entirely within a browser.
